All right, it’s the smallest PC in the world, but what about functioning? The miniature space cube measures just 2×2x 2.2 inches and is powered by a 300 MHz CPU and 64 MB of SDRAM. Despite its size, they’ve been able to squeeze in flash memory, USB, Ethernet, monitor port, space wire, serial connection, and a microphone.

Manufactured by Shimafuji, Japan, who else could have done this other than the Japanese, the micro PC runs on Atom Linux, so you know what to expect from it. Sounds good, still, we’re happy with our jumbo system or would love to load our pockets with the Treo or Blackberry in stead, because they don’t demand an extra monitor to actually view things and are pretty good enough to do the job of a pocket PC.
