In a recent announcement, Sony splashed out it's artful collection of VAIO E Series notebooks that can be pre-ordered online from June 19 this year.

Get ready to step into the sun with the E Series 14-inch and 15.5-inch notebooks brushed in four stunning colors midnight blue, glacier white, charcoal black and blush pink. However, the 17.3-inch model are available only in charcoal black and glacier white. Users can flaunt the geometric patterns carved on the lids and matching palm rests. Not only the colors are fingerprint-resistant, but also enhance the look of the notebooks.

And what’s more, the VAIO E Series notebook starting from a price range of over $550, will soon hit Sony Stores as well as other major retailers from the forthcoming month. The E Series brags of a textured touchpad and edge-to-edge isolated keyboard. The ultra-stylish keyboard of 15.5- and 17.3-inch models incorporates a number pad and 3 exquisite hardware buttons including WEB, VAIO and ASSIST.

The integrated WEB button touts to deliver a one-touch Internet connection without a full boot into Windows. The VAIO button, on the other hand, releases Media Gallery software, and the ASSIST button opens VAIO Care. Well, VAIO Care is a built-in troubleshooting and maintenance program that improves user experience.

The E Series notebooks provide processor options like a 2nd generation Intel Core i3 or i5 processor. In addition to that, the models accommodate Intel Hyper-Threading and Turbo Boost technology 2.0 to multitask. They bring home an AMD E-350 Dual Core Processor with AMD Mobility Radeon HD6130 Graphics Vision Technology that delivers crustal clear graphics and powers the charcoal black 15.5-inch E Series notebook.

For those smitten by the entertainment bug, comes a unique Intel Wireless Display technology that seamlessly helps watch online and laptop-stored content such as videos, photos, online TV shows and movies on a separately available big screen TV. Some models also house a Remote Keyboard to connect the VAIO PC to a BRAVIA TV and Blu-ray Disc players. It even comes with a Remote Play for PS3 to view content stored on the PlayStaton3 over the internet.
