Sony to launch Freestyle Hybrid PC and Ultimate Mobile PC anytime soon

Have you been following what Sony is up to lately, especially following the aftermath of the natural disaster that happened in Japan? Then you should not be surprised to hear about Sony's plan to launch tablet PCs, with two more VAIO surprises in store for you. The first thought that will hit your brains is that Sony is all out for becoming more competent in the tablet PC market. Still, Sony has been very careful in not spelling out the specs of their all-new VAIO.

First, the Freestyle Hybrid PC concept is not self-explanatory and is named so for the reason that the tablet PC comes with a full touchscreen display backed with the Windows OS. This is still not clear as to which of Windows OS is going to back up Sony.

While the second concept is the Ultimate Mobile PC, which is more self explanatory. The tablet PC will host a 13.3” screen and will follow the traditional laptop design of Sony. Anyhow, both the VAIO surprise concepts will harness the power of Intel Atom processors, and this announcement is more of an anticipation trigger in the tablet PC market to mark the entry of Sony tablet PC.
