Sony PS3 retail price for the UK is set to £425 for the 60GB model with an integrated Blu-ray drive. It is hard to believe that Sony is hammering its own base with the hefty and ugly price tag but according to Sony Computer Entertainment UK’s managing director Ray Maguire the rumors are true.
With Xbox 360 priced at £280 the idea seems bizarre, but with the Blu-ray disk intact, the PS3 justifies the price tag to some extant.
Just keep your fingers crossed until Sony officially comes out with the prices.
