Sony has launched the VAIO LT, an all-in-one with a 22 inch 1680×1050 display and a very user friendly interface coupled with an excellent display. It comes with a BD-RW drive, an integrated webcam, wireless keyboard and mouse, an external cable card tuner and Windows Vista Media Center. The super machine is powered by a 2.5 GHz core 2 Duo processor and a 4 GB RAM. VAIO LT is a remarkable computer with many useful features and has a Blu-ray playback an HD via CableCard which provides us with excellent video quality.

Sony must work hard if it wants to compete with Toshiba which recently launched a 160 GB thin hard drive. Nevertheless, the only shortcoming is that there are no VGA or component video, which means that you can’t connect a game from a console or a laptop. We must also add that the VAIO LT is expensive and the low end model starts at $2000 and the high end model with 4 GB RAM comes at a price of $3000. The model has all the qualities a good computer must have and the hardware provided along with it is truly worth every penny you spend.
