Sony Launches 0.3mm Thick OLED Display

We have seen 'inch-thick' OLED flat-panel screens, and even 'cm-thick' displays. Evolution hasn't spared technology either and here we have, a sub-mm OLED display. Clearly, anorexia seems to have an epidemic effect not just on humans but also on technology as Sony has taken OLED technology to the next level by launching its OLED panel that's just 0.3inch thick (thin, rather!). Speculated to be the panel of the 11-inch display unveiled by Sony last month, the OLED screen is supposedly thinner than a credit card. Further details are awaited.
