Sony intros two new wireless headphones

Japanese electronics giant Sony has launched two wireless headphones - the over-ear MDR-RF865RK system and the in-ear noise-cancelling MDR-NC13 earphones - to cater to the needs of audiophiles.

The first innovation, MDR-RF865RK is a wireless headphone that enables to listen music or play games or even watch TV without connecting any wires and promises enriching, clear and transparent sound. These can also be used while traveling.

This wireless headphone has a transmission range of 100m and is made up of 3-channel FM stereo. This wireless headphone also includes a charging dock and takes 3.5 hours to get fully charged up for a whopping 25 hours use. The volume can also be set automatically and it even turnoffs by itself when not in use.

Sony's second innovation, MDR-NC13 is a wireless earphone that enables noise canceling up to 85%. It is an in-ear noise-canceling bud. The driver units are 13.5mm and handles 50 mw of power. The frequency response of this earphone is approximately 10-22,000 Hz and weighs 7g. The earphone set includes a carrying pouch, ear buds, plug adapter for in flight use and regular cord adapter. The earphone can be continuously used up to 100 hours after charge.
