Sony introduces low-budget home projectors

To mark its presence in the market of low priced projectors, Sony introduced two new home projectors, the Bravia VPL-AW10 and VPL-AW15.

The new LCD front projectors are capable of giving you a movie-theater-screen experience at affordable price. The AW10 is for $1000 and the AW15 is priced at $1300.

Both the models have some of the best features which include:

-- a widescreen 3LCD panel with 720p native resolution, and a bright 165-watt UHP lamp.

-- capability to handle 720p, 1080i and 1080p sources to give you the best HD viewing experience of your lifetime.

-- a 20dB low noise fan mode for a quiet environment.

Apart from these, the AW15 even boasts of a high 12000:1 contrast ratio for better picture quality and lens shift capabilities to provide installation flexibility.

Take your pick and get set to turn your home into a big-screen theater, as the projectors are capable to give you an output between 80 to 200 inches diagonal, depending on your choice of model.
