Raising the bar in home entertainment segment Sony has introduced world’s first television with the ability to watch HDTV, enjoy apps, and seamlessly browse internet on one device. Offering an unrivaled entertainment experience the device allows the user to watch favorite TV programs along with web sites on the same screen. The Sony Google HDTV features WiFi, plus Full HD in 1080p, and backlit LED panels. The TV operates in dual modes which allow you to watch TV and also use Google TV applications.

The Internet TV has enough power to easily download sites while a wireless handheld QWERTY remote makes navigation simple. The Google TV software also runs a range of built for TV apps including YouTube, CNBC, NBA, as well as Napster and Pandora. The models are available in varying sizes of 24, 32, 40 and 46 inches. While the 24 inch model retails for $599 the 46 inch costs around $1,399.
