Sony exhibits flexible e-paper display prototype, were we expecting?

Sony is the latest to play catch-up in things we call flexible displays. Shown off at the Dealer Convention in Shinagawa, Tokyo, the prototype of flexible electronic paper display uses plastic substrate, which adds to the flexibility and durability of the e-paper. There isn’t a real word on when we can have the technology being introduced into devices, but we are really looking forward to that happening soon. One more image after the jump.
