Sony Ericsson launches J220, J230 and Z300

Sony Ericsson has introduced three new handsets - J220, J230 and Z300 - which promise a combination of design quality, being user-friendly and value for a broad range of consumers with basic mobile phone needs.

The J220 and J230 feature a storage capacity of up to 500 phone numbers and 200 text messages. Users can choose their most familiar menu - either the visually simple single icon menu or the popular Sony Ericsson multi-icon menu that gives an overview of all the key functions. The phones feature one-click navigation key and icon markings on the navigation key making it simpler and easier to access the most commonly used functions. The J230 has built in stereo FM radio, comes equipped with a stereo hands free has a speaker phone in the back of the phone.

The Z300 is a clamshell style phone with focus on voice and text, and includes basic features like phone book, calendar, reminders and alarm clock. Every Z300vpackage will include Crystal Decor allowing customers to make their handsets more personal.

The J220 and J230 will be available in the first quarter of the next year but the Z300 would be out at the end of this year.
