Soldier’s high-tech supersuit will make him a superhero
With an imagination to see how best to equip the soldier of tomorrow, Soldier Research Design and Engineering Center in Natick visions to develop uniforms with nano-antenna arrays and other communication assortments to help soldiers communicate with everything from drones to satellites, in addition to making them all bullets, flame, and laser proof.

US Army is all inclined to make its Joe a superhuman. Then, be it providing him with a GPS and e-maps enabled communication radio system, or a sniper detecting helmet or a uniform laced with high-tech supersuits for that matter. Whatever be it, the US soldiers are going to be stronger than Hulk and agile as any other superhuman from a comic strip in the times to come.
Time is stipulated as 2030, when these flexible, nanofiber uniforms with computers on-board will make a reality, and help marines understand every language on Earth, better add-on of course to the iPods soldiers are currently using to translate language in Afghanistan. There is no budget for the development yet, but early prototypes have already started floating – and because it’s America we know they will pull it off by the good year.
