The new glass wall created by Sharp and the Shimizu Corporation stores solar energy during the day and displays the light in the night. The glass wall or ceiling is made of a very thin silicon solar battery that stores the solar energy and emits the light via hundreds of LEDs. The see-through 60×100x1.6 centimeter panel converts seven per cent of the sun’s rays into electricity. Why not make houses of these panels, but remember they’re see-through.
