SIM2's HT5000, the world's first 3-chip 1080p projector for £40k

SIM2 has unveiled a giant 45 kg 1080p projector HT 5000. This is the world's fist such projector which includes Texas Instruments' sinister-sounding 1080p DarkChip3 chipsets. This is a high-end configuration, which offers 1920x1080 pixel and progressive scan images, which are best so far.

It has already proved its power by displaying half hour footage on a twelve-foot screen.
