The manufacturers are tapping in on the 3D craze in the best way possible. Shrap is the latest to make a mark in the industry with its 2.4 and 3.4-inch 3D touchscreen LCD featuring the highest brightness. Capable of switching between 2D and 3D modes, this display lets the viewer view 3D images without the need for special glasses. Featuring 480 x 854 resolutions, the 3D LCD uses a parallax barrier system to display 3D images, which betters the conventional LCDs difficulty in displaying high-quality images in 3D.

Given its ability to display 3D images in both portrait and landscape screen orientations, the 3D touchscreen LCD is perfect for all mobile devices, including the 3D capable cellphones, digital cameras and game consoles. Sharp is expected to start mass production of the non-touchscreen 3D LCD later this year. We’ll have to wait longer for the touchscreen version.
