Apparently, a PDA phone is no more a new phenomenon for Japan, especially with the growing popularity of the W-ZERO3. Sharp has just rolled out its new WS004SH pocket PC phone for Willcom with 256MB flash memory, 197MB SDRAM, MiniSD card slot and a no-frills 1.3MP camera.
