According to me Japan is the tech hub of the world. They develop the world best Robots and the technology that you can only see in your wild dreams...! Here is a list of the seven Japanese technologies of the future. Believe me after reading the article and going through the videos you will be left craving for them...!
1) 360-Degree Video Helmet:
This high tech video helmet is not meant to protect you when you are riding a super bike. This is a 360-video helmet that will give its wearer a 360-degree panorama when watching TV or playing games. I think it would give you much more feel in playing some racing games.
2) Water-Activated Batteries:
These hi-tech power sources have been developed by Susumu Suzuki. These batteries are activated by water and deliver the same amount of current as you get from a standard manganese dioxide battery. The best feature of the battery will be that it will be cheap and can also be recycled many times.
3) Remote-Controlled Humans:
No I am not kidding and these are not machines that can be controlled by a remote control. After all I am talking about Japanese technology. It has to be weird...!
Some Japanese Researchers have developed a small device that can be attached at the back of the ear near the vestibular system. These deliver a small jolt of electricity at the vestibular system making the person move in a defined direction. The system is not fully developed yet and if you are attempting to control your friend with such a device and give him a small jolt on one side of the ear then your friend may move as he is drunk...!
4) Toshiba Re-writable Printer:
We told you about this technology some time back. The Toshiba B-SX8R can erase a printed paper and can also reprint on it up to 500 times. The technology is based on a special pigment in the paper that reacts to heat. Heating this special paper inside this printer makes it fit for re-printing.
5) EV-X7 Hybrid Bike:
This hybrid bike has been designed by Axel Corporation and the company claims that this is the first electric motor bike with a hybrid plug-in. The company has also commented that the bike is seven times more cost effective than the bikes running on petrol.
This highly innovative bike can reach speeds up to 150Kmph and can travel 180 kilometers on a single charge of the battery. Moreover the battery takes only six hours to charge and can be easily charged at home.
6) Wall-Climbing Spiderman Robot:
Many of you must have loved the way Spiderman was able to climb the walls. These Japanese Researchers have developed this one of its kind Spiderman Robot that can climb the walls. This robot has four legs and each of them have suction cups so that the robot can climb and stay on walls.
These robots will find some military use for surveillance and even combat. Hope they can carry some payload on top of a wall...!
7) Instant Aging Wine:
The phrase that is usually associated with wine is that ‘The Older the Better!’, But you are not always lucky to get a really old bottle. But a Japanese Inventor Hiroshi Tanaka claims to have developed a machine that can instantly age wine. The 70-pound machine sends an electric charge through the wine that breaks up the water molecules and allows them to blend more completely with water.
