Self-Playing Violin

Expecting such instrument to be a programmed robo-hand is viable; however, 'Virtuoso' definitely can be said the first self playing violin.

This is just another paradigm of how technology is governing the lot. For me its use is like a DVD player, however, it can turn out to be a wonderful companion. Still I am not sure how it runs on the top for pitch control.
Developed by Paroutaud Music Laboratories it seems a bit exorbitant with $17,500.
