Security System to Battle Telephone Banking Fraud
To check crank calls on your phone and to help fight telephone banking fraud, RSA Security has come up with a product that unites Vocent technology with a voiceprint engine from Nuance Communications, a speech identification authority.
A risk score, by observing the voiceprint, plus the phone number and user behavior profiles is produced by the product. As far as low-risk transactions is concerned, it progresses without any interruption, whereas high-risk score are confirmed with an extra level, secret questions, of security.
According to the company, currently about 35 of the top 100 U.S. financial institutions and few banks in Europe are using the RSA's security products for the Web, which will increase in the future.
Therefore, beware crooks, or register your place in a nearby detention center.
