Seagate ships 2TB 6Gb/s Enterprise Hard Drive for all interested

Was the world waiting for something like this? Whether it was or it wasn’t, Seagate has announced a 2TB hard drive which supports 6Gbps interface, and we are expected to go out and accept it. Extremely reliable 2TB 6Gbps SAS Enterprise Drive complete with a 7200RPM spindle speed comes with PowerChoice for optimized power and cooling. There’s no word on the price or when the Enterprise hard drive would be made available to all the interested, but Seagate sure has kept the lesser storage needs in consideration, for this the manufacturer will make available 500GB and 1TB versions for all who wouldn’t prefer 2TB.
