A few things are just floated into a make for no reason. Inspired by the ancient Asian scrolls, scroll devices have been seen designed but have only added to the miss-venture until now. And this Scroll MID concept recently seen isn’t in any way far from the previous inspiration. We doubt their authenticity in a recent future, but the pace of technological development cannot be challenged and therefore, we would better reserve our statement on the scroll returning to the contemporary grab.
Since we have come a long way into the conceptual world, this MID from a Korea based company is worth a look. It would be difficult to tell of the scroll screen it size etc, but catering to the future, it is a touch sensitive display which coils into a tube housing an interactive display for language, time and menu. Jenn Lee from Pocketables suggests ‘the device needs to have a sturdy make for the screen so that it doesn’t flex of in any condition’, and we so rightly believe, but we to the contrary deem that if this MID is ever made the peculiarity of it would a decent one hand grip, which lets the other hand completely enjoy the device .
