Sanyo unveils world’s shortest projection distance 3D ready projector

Sanyo with an objective to do big in a small form factor, has unveiled a short-focus 3D WXGA projector, the PDGDWL2500J. Supporting 3-dimensional projection for the added benefit, PDGDWL2500J touts to be the world's shortest-focus front projector that weighs lesser than 9kgs. Capable of projecting 80-inch image from the world’s shortest projection distance of 32cm, the large-screen 6.5kg 3D projector offers HDMI Port, 2,500 lumens brightness, 16:10 aspect ratio and 10w mono speakers. All interested can get the projector for about $4,900 when it is made available in July this year.
