Capable of 30 megabytes per second (MB/s) read and write speeds, and with storage capacities of 4,8,16 and 32GB, the manufacturer claims the Extreme SDHC cards to be the fastest entrants in the industry. With these SDHC cards DSLR, HD cameras and camcorders with external memory slots could be in for a real bonanza, when it comes to shooting pictures without the slightest worry about storage or speed limitation. Assisting in shooting at ultra-fast speeds and providing hefty storage capacities, the cards are expected to be made available sometime this August, the price remains a mystery yet, but MacBook Pro owners could be found looking ahead for the cards given the lately included SD card slots in them.
