SanDisk and Sony Plan for Memory Stick Pro-HG with 32 GB Storage

With rapid growth in digital media the demand for a better alternative with more storage capacity and higher data transfer rate has increased.

Moving to the demands SanDisk and Sony have already started working on a Memory Stick Pro-HG format that promises high-speed continuous writing speed of 60MB per second and more storage capacity.
The companies plan to design a memory stick based on this format capable of storing high-def video and digital photos up to 32GB. At present no such Memory Stick Pro-HG 32-GB exists but may be in coming future we will have this media to store our digital data. The old Memory Stick Pro format will stand nowhere near the performance graph of this new media.
