San Francisco to debut the world's largest mesh wireless parking network
Now you need not worry where to park your car while in San Francisco. I mean, it would be extremely convenient to find an empty slot without caring in the least about the cops asking your whereabouts. So, Streetline would set up 6000 sensors within 24,000 metered space to initiate this largest wireless parking network responsible for traffic and space. These magnetic sensors rooted in the streets’ surface would detect the traffic. Interestingly, smartphones and online maps become operational here as these would receive data in conjunction with the street signs. Well, I do believe in Streetline’s avowal of 99% accuracy, still I have a little doubt whether it would complicate the situation or resolve it. I mean, there would be a lot of cars getting the same signal regarding that vacant area. What say?
