Samsung unveils slim 1.7cd white LED with 50% higher brightness

Samsung Electro-mechanics has revealed its 0.6mm thick 1.7cd white LED which offers an increased brightness of 50% than conventional LED's. This product will find great use in manufacturing screens for slim and large screen mobiles. The product will provide with a clear view even in daytime with increased brightness.

Company has started working on 2.0cd white LED 0.3mm thick and soon commercialize them.
