Featuring a dual-port approach to decrease the transfer time, the 133MHz 512Mb dice is likely to slot in handsets, game consoles and different digital applications utilizing 3D graphics.

OneDRAM not only can reduce system circuitry by adjusting the hardware in the chipset, but can replace two mobile memories in smart phones and other multimedia handsets. While further details are scant at this point, OneDRAM is expected to be established in handsets in the later half of 2007.
