The new Samsung SGH-Z150 3G to be introduced at the 3GSM conference is the world's thinnest mobile phone with a thickness of just 9.8mm beating Motorola SLVR L7 which is 11.43mm thick. The only thing we know till now is that the WCDMA blade will give you Video on Demand.
