Samsung’s N230 netbook will go on and on for 13.8 hours

The N230 is the latest addition to Samsung’s netbook line up with one extra thing that I am sure no other netbook has so far. It has a 66Wh battery, having the life of almost 14 hours, to be specific, it's battery has the run time of 13.8 hours. This is definitely its USP. However, the rest comes with a "pretty normal" tag. You have the choice of 1.66GHz N450 or 1.83GHz N470 in Atom processors with 1GB of RAM and 160 or 250GB HDD. It also features a 10.1” anti-reflective LED back-lit screen, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 3.0 and an optional 3G modem. Measuring 264 x 188 x 21.9-34mm, it weighs 1.18kg. In addition, you can also go for a skinnier version, but that will come with a 32Wh battery, having the life of only seven hours. Available in mat, gloss or patterned black finish, it has been released almost everywhere, but in the UK it will be available in coming weeks at a price of £349.
