Samsung readying its own Android tablet, the S-pad

Apple with the introduction of iPad has brought about a revolution, such that just every manufacturer wants that little share in the untamed tablet market. Now, after HP and Dell have showed their own devices, and Microsoft has opted out from the race, Samsung is reported to the latest entrant doing an Android-based tablet expected to debut in August this year. Dubbed the S-pad, this is slated to feature a 7-inch super AMOLED display with 3G and Wi-Fi for connectivity besides running the Google Android as operating system. There isn’t anything else available on specs or otherwise, but Korean website Etnews say the tablet will be released in released early August.
