The HDTV and digital broadcasting technology have forced us to shift to Blu-Ray that offers high storage as well as excellent quality. Samsung Electronics will be releasing its internal (SH-B022A) and external (SE-B026A) Blu-Ray burner in April 2006. The three-in-one drives (BD, DVD, CD) store up to 50GB onto a dual layer disc and offer HD video burning and reading at a 2x speed (9MB/s) on Blu-Ray discs and DVD at 12X.
The storage capacity of these outstanding drives accounts to 25GB on a single disc that sucks in 2 hours of HDTV broadcast or above 13 hours of conventional TV broadcasts.
