As per the rumor, Galaxy 3D will feature a 4.3-inch 3D-enabled LCD screen. For 3D video and image capturing, the phone will have dual 8-megapixel cameras in the rear panel. Galaxy 3D will reportedly run on Samsung’s own 1.2GHz dual-core Exynos processor, which will ensure better performance for the device.

Samsung Galaxy 3D will initially play on Android 2.3 Gingerbread. Later it will be updated to a new Andorid version, most possibly Andorid 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, which is rumored to hit the market by December 2011. Galaxy 3D will highlight High Definition TV-out port, which will help you watch the 3D contents captured on the device on 3D televisions.

Samsung’s 3D smartphone will be critical to the existing 3D rivals like HTC Evo 3D and LG Optimus 3D. Samsung has been a champion in manufacturing Google Andorid smartphones. Thanks to the massive popularity of its Galaxy S series across the world, Samsung remains the only competitive firm against Apple in the Android side. Indeed, a Samsung Galaxy 3D phone will immediately gain momentum in the market.
