Samsung has come up with its huge 305T 30-inch LCD, featuring 2560 x 1600 resolution, 16:10 aspect ration, 400cd/m2 brightness, 1000:1 contrast ratio and a 6ms response time.

Apart from other things 305T presents Dual DVI Digital Link, Separate H/V, DVI-D (Dual link), DDC 2B, USB powered hub option, USB 2.0 (1 up x 4 down), and Mac Compatibility as well. It only uses DVI inputs.
The 305T costs about $2,000, which is much higher in comparison to Dell's 3007WFP ($1699, currently at $1444) and other counterparts. It will be interesting to have a closer look on Dell's 3007WFP and compare it with 305T. If you can get maximum in minimum value, why to squander money on costly one?
