Samsung flaunts 10 MP GX2, Digimax L70 and S1000 digital cameras

Samsung showed the glimpses of its first 10 Megapixel digital SLR camera - the Samsung GX2 at the Seoul International Photo & Imaging Industry Show 2006 in Korea. The latest camera is part of the high-end camera series Samsung is planning to churn out with Pentax. As Samsung has yet not revealed the technical specifications of the camera, stay tuned for further updates.

Samsung has also revamped it L-series of digital cameras with the launch of Digimax L70, pitched as Samsung Kenox X70 in Korea and Digimax S1000. The 7.1 MP Digimax L70 comes with a 1/2.5 inch CCD image sensor, a new 9 key 'multicontroller' back design, a 3x optical SHD zoom lens and PictBridge.
