Samsung erects world's largest sea rig

So, Samsung wants to rule the waves too. Moving away from cell phones, ACs, screens, and what not, the electronic giant has constructed the world's largest sea rig. The project undertaken by the offshoot, Samsung Heavy Industries, has carved out a gigantic offshore gas rig, dubbed as 'Lunskoye A', for Sakhalin Energy investment.

Lunskoye A weighs 27,000 tons and stands 75 m wide, 126 m long and 100 m high and will be deployed to churn out 42,000 tons of underwater gas daily.
