RTIs new LCD Remote Control withstands wet and wild rides

Remote controls have made us a bit lazier and once you are in a habit of pressing buttons to control your appliances you cannot live without them. Water is the biggest enemy of this amazing ‘Lazy Man Gadget’, but still a party seldom gets over without you finding that your remote is lying down in the pool or sometimes even in the toilet.

Well, I cannot force you to use the latter one but can assure that if you have RTIs new remote dubbed the U2 you can just go for a swim, pick up the remote, wipe it dry and there you are – again on the ‘Become Lazier’ mission.

U2 sports a sleek form factor and a bright LCD screen with all the programmability of RTI’s other remote controls. With this remote you are not limited to just on/off controls rather you can make your installer work for his money by getting him to set up commands such as SPA TIME or even more. This amazing remote control also uses RF, which means you can control your appliances without having a sight of them from up to 100-feet.

The remote control is expected to debut somewhere around the $500 mark.
