robot vacuum reads emotions

Now a robotic vacuum cleaner that senses human emotions to carry out its chores, developed robot vacuum cleaner relies on human stress conditions and muscle tension to know which way it has to go and what it has to do.

How the robot reads and reacts

The owner of the vacuum cleaner has a special headband that captures biometric signals from the forehead caused due to stress and tension, and with embedded software the bot interprets these emotions as signals, influencing its actions based on the amount of stress.

In its cleaning course, when the person records a relaxed behavior the bot moves in close to sit beside him like a pet, though when high stress level is recorded, the robot continuing its cleaning process moves away for the human to avoid annoying him further. In times when stress condition’s moderately cased, the robot continues the clean procedure unaltered.

Time to bid adieu to all those explicit commands required to control those robotic vacuum cleaners, because soon you’ll have your personal Roomba vacuum cleaner that takes your emotions as command to do your place up.
