RIM BlackBerry Wins patent infringement dispute against NTP

BlackBerry lovers must be on a high as the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office has rejected the push-email technology patent infringement dispute against NTP. But the final blow is still to come with Judge James Spencer to gives verdict on scrapping RIM's U.S. BlackBerry services altogether.
