The Taiwan-based Asustek Computer announces the world’s first quad-core processor-powered tablet PC, Eee Pad Transformer Prime. The 10-inch tablet is the first to have a five-times-better performing quad-core CPU inside. Thanks to the high speed processor, the tablet grows from just being a device for content consumption to a device for content creation.
