Researchers hack Kinect to play World of Warcraft sans keyboard

Kinect fantasy is catching on with just everybody, here to justify, we have upon us an excitingly new Kinect hack that allows users to play World of Warcraft sans a keyboard, this using a new software developed by the University of Southern California Institute for Creative Technologies. Dubbed the Flexible Action and Articulated Skeleton Toolkit, this allows the full-body motion controls for games via the Kinect’s sensors. So, gear up to target enemies, cast magic spells etc using only your body movements. Currently FAAST is compatible only for Windows, though a open-source and Linux version is expected soon.
