Recycled Sculptures by the ecological artist Alan Vazquez

Posted By: Vineet Chauhan | Jul 20 2009

Alan Vasquez displayed his bizarre collection of sculptures at an exhibition this past month. The exhibition featured sculptures made in recycled materials. The sculptures measure roughly at about 2.5 meters tall. These figures represent Kukulcan and helped spread the message of conservation. This extraordinary event took place in the auditorium of the Universidad Tec Milenio on July 2nd. There was no entry fee for this display but a voluntary contribution of 5 taparroscas was requested. Taparroscas are one of the main recycled materials which Alan used for the sculptures.
