Puppy Tweets, even the dogs can tweet now
The idea of using social media and real time communication has initiated an all-new idea, which will get our dogs tweeting. To cater to our extreme love for the canine community and the hours of activity on Twitter, Mattel has developed a product called "Puppy Tweets" – a plastic tag which with a USB out syncs with your PC.
By connecting this dog collar attached device to the PC and creating a Twitter profile for the dog, you can receive your dog’s daily activity as tweets. Using sounds and motions to create some preprogrammed tweets, the Puppy Tweet for a dog’s running around might generate a tweet that says "I finally caught that tail I've been chasing and...OOUUUCHH!"
Alternatively, when your pet is sleeping, the tweet may read, "Somedays it feels like my paw is permanently on the snooze button!" else, if it is making a ruckus, the tweet will say, "YAHOOOOOOO! Somedays you just gotta get your bark on." Puppy Tweets will be available in stores this fall, for a price of $29.99.
