I would say, let the Psikharpax loose into one of the holes and it would be fun, when a viper would find it hard to swallow it. The matter of the fact is that the Psikharpax isn’t a real mouse but a robotic iteration developed by researchers at the AnimatLab in France. It could really fool a viper for not only its looks but also for the fact that it functions like a rat using the same sensory organs, even the whiskers. Specially designed software ensures that the roborat mimics a real rodent, as it relies on sensor inputs to vigorously build maps of elaborate environments.
Unlike a living rat that moves on real legs, this roborat is dependent on battery powered wheels to come into motion. The researchers are still working on the nose and it is said that the mouse would eventually be able to sit up and grasp things with its front paws. The ultimate stage for this robot would be complete autonomy.
