Prumie to Prevent Accidental scroll-clicks
There are many people who want a mouse with a horizontal scroll-wheel along with a conventional Vertical scroll-wheel.

But they cannot handle the piece of hardware and accidentally click the scroll-wheel button.
Elecom knows that users cannot change the way they use a mouse, so they have changed the mouse itself to suit the users. The series is called 'Prumie'.
Prumie has a tilt guard that makes it tougher to click the scroll wheel while pushing it from side to side. According to me they must have changed the plastic button below the scroll wheel.
The mouse is a basic optical mouse with two-button architecture and some added programmable buttons.

The point that does not suit the architecture is the wires. According to me Elecom should have tried to make the device wireless. (May be they did not want to add to the cost of the mouse!).
The Prumie range of mice is available in different colors at a price of just $28.
