Robert Haag, in an attempt to equip his son to the core and make his life a bit less tedious, has morphed Michael’s prosthetic hand into a fishing rod, obviously to fish around.
The prosthetic arm has a hook and a line on a Spiderman fishing pole and apparently looks harder to pull, but anyway solves the purpose. The DIY project is a part of the Open Prosthetics Project and opens a new era in the field of cost-effective prosthetics inspiring physically challenged to think out of the box and make the best use of simplest of technology available.
