Primitus Steampunk Gun Mod: Styled to perfection

Love Steampunk? Thinking of adopting it as a lifestyle? Maybe not, but there are some out there who firmly believe that it should be the case and are willing to go the extra yard in an effort to create Steampunk magic. Brandon from War Paint Artisans may not be adopting it completely as a lifestyle yet, but he sure is pretty adept at creating stunning Steampunk mods and his very first one in the form of “Primitus” has captured our imagination.

Brandon apparently only spent 6 hours on creating this beauty and that seems an awfully quick pace to get such a wonderful Steampunk-themed gun out. We surely could not have done it so fast, let alone the fact that it might never have ended up looking that good. The work on the mod started with removing of the outer shell of the chambers and then there windows were carved into the chambers.

Plenty of paint work and engraving then followed along with Nerf logos and dremel detail, which gave Primitus the final look that you now see. The air restrictors were gotten rid off and three pennies were loaded behind the spring for greater tension.
