Posit Science recently launched a 10-minute online test on their company's website to study how fast a person's brain process information based on his hearing speed.

The researchers at the company base their test on the theory that the accuracy and longevity of our memories depends on the rate of accuracy we store our information.

The average speed of our auditory process as discovered by the researchers :

68 milliseconds in our 20s

An average of 87 milliseconds in our 40s .

106 milliseconds in our 60s.

The company also successfully launched a software to improve the brain speed and memory which showed promising results for the elderly.
