What is missing in today's hot music players is the giant looks that were dominant in the stereo systems developed by today's electronics giants back in the 1980s.

Though I have to admit that today's devices offer much better sound quality in a much smaller device yet we cannot forget that huge sound machines.

Pocket Calculator has shown off the Boombox hall of fame. They have displayed music systems with record player on its face and some systems with disco lights embedded behind the speaker grill.

Though in those days woofers were not that common yet you can find some systems with a giant central woofer as well.
