Pioneer CDJ-2000 turntable lets the DJ see what he’s mixing

To put the performance back into the art of DJing, thus reducing the involvement of technology, this rather revolutionary device, the Pioneer CDJ-2000 CD Turntable, could certainly make a difference.
A digital system that mimics vinyl turntables without the vinyl, this upgrade to the CDJ-1000 CD Turntable, is fitted with a 6.1-inch WQVGA screen (480x234), and just below it a touch-sensitive area called the Needle Search Pad, which lets the user get to a specific song with a mere flick of a finger. Linked with Pioneer's Pro DJ Link, the system features 35 buttons all ready for musical manipulation.
