Together, this magnificent duo would surely make a killing with gizmo crazies this season. Yup, I am talking about Philips WACS7500 and WAS7500, the latst additions to Philips’ already glorious Streamium line of wireless media streamers / extenders.
The WACS7500 hub (left) boasts of an 80GB disk , both Ethernet and built-in WiFi for connecting to your PC for content retrieval. You can even access Internet radio to enjoy your favorite tracks. Up to five WAS7500 extenders can connect to the hub or directly to your PC, and an optional iPod dock. So its really a multi-functional tool, a complete entertainment device. Both are marked by their sleek, upright make.
It’s a wait of a couple of months before these tools adorn the shelves in electronic goods stores. The WACS7500 will be available for $999, and the WAS7500 extender for $299.
